On ding ding was sad and he lost his way ....
安丁丁好心碎，佢完全冇晒方向...

He walked and walked and stopped til he came to The Temple Street in Jordan.
佢行呀行....行呀行....佢停左係廟街度.....

He stopped in front of "Temple Street Siu Sik", it smelt so good!  The food inside seemed delicious!
眼前既呢間"廟街小食"，由鋪頭傳出黎既香氣，深深咁吸引住安丁丁,佢心諗d野食好似好好食咁喎!

He was sad and tired, so he looked at the menu.....
既然咁傷心,又有d攰,一於化悲憤為食量

He decided to let himself be mad of those food and forgot Mklababy for awhile.
美食當前，佢決定令自己沉醉於美食之中，暫時忘記Mklababy...

Wow! Some many types of barbecued meat! chicken, pork, sausages........
嘩! 好多款串燒揀喎,又雞又豬,食邊款好呢.......
All were both famous in The Temple Street...
全部食物都係廟街好出名嘅！
There was a queue outside the shop which could prove that the Temple Street Siu Sik was very famous ...
舖頭出面有條長龍，可以證明呢間廟街小食真係好出名呀！

On ding ding decided to order all of the barbecued meat....
二話不說,安丁丁決定要哂咁多款串燒........

On ding ding ordered too many barbecued meat, it took times to barbecue, he was bored so he started to take some photos
一次過要咁多串燒,令到老闆都忙起上來,安丁丁等到悶悶地,就拎左部電話出黎影下d食物

Mmmm.... the barbecued chicken seemed delicious that the cooking time was perfectly handled and there was no any over cooking.
你睇d雞串幾好味! 燒既時間調較得非常好,一d燒燶都無

Barbecued chicken with pepper sauce was not as spicy as people could not be accepted. It could be sure that all people might order twice after tasting it !
再加上老闆秘製既黑椒醬汁,不太辣,但係非常之有黑椒味，但係果種黑椒味係人人都接受到嘅！相信個個都會食過番尋味叫第２串呀！

Let's try the barbecued squid..........
試下魷魚串燒先..........

Although it was barbecued by high fire,  the barbecued squid still had seafood taste, wonderful!!!
It would not be so tough that people could not bit it easily.... The surface was full of salty taste which was unforgettable !
好有鮮味呀!!! 老闆既功力非常高,雖然串燒係用猛火燒,但係仍然保留到海鮮既鮮味,無得彈!!
魷魚完全唔會太硬咬唔開，外皮好有椒鹽香味，咸得黎好令忘懷呀！



Finally, sweet barbecued corn was very important!!!
最後點少得燒粟米,燒粟米最緊要係咩,就係要鮮甜,粟米唔甜真係不如唔好食!!!

Finally... Boss didnot make him disappointed and corn were fresh ...
但係老闆真係無令佢失望, 真係好甜, 好似岩岩摘落黎!!!

Food was finally be finished. On ding ding was backing home with a lonely and sad heart ............
食物終於都食完了.....安丁丁帶住又寂寞又傷心嘅心回家.....................

The day after the meeting with Sir Wong, On Ding Ding dates Mklababy again. They have a lunch at Tsim Sha Tsui – Mochi Café.

安丁丁與黃蛇會面後,隔天又再約Mklababy外出吃午餐,據說丁丁很多時到尖沙咀也會光顧這家店子 – 萬豚屋。

When they go inside, Mklababy’s attraction have been caught by the decorating of the restaurant. They can see hot udon on each table. Baby orders a Pork Cartilage Kamameshi Udon, and Ding Ding orders a Fried Pork Chop Rice.

走進店子後,Mklabay這種mk妹便被濃厚的日式氣氛和裝潢吸引著,每一桌也可清楚看見熱騰騰的石鍋烏冬。Baby先點了一個豬軟骨石鍋烏冬,丁丁本身也想點烏冬的,但Baby說要多嘗一點其他的,最後丁丁點了一客吉列豬扒飯。

After 15 minutes, a very hot pot is coming on the table. Baby almost scalded by the hot udon. The mouthfeel of udon are soft and little bit resilience. The sauce has go inside the pork cartilage, the taste and mouthfeel are very nice.

等了15分鐘後,一鍋沸騰的烏冬奉上了。溫度高的不像話,Baby差被烏冬燙傷口。烏冬質感柔軟且帶一點韌性,口感非常好!再咬一口豬軟骨,醬汁非常入味,軟骨的骨膠原亦非常有咬口。

Meanwhile, a bowl of fried pork chop rice is coming too. The pork chop is very crunchy, and the rice is pearlmillet. The pork chop sauce makes the rice more delicious.

同時,一碗金黃色的吉列豬扒飯亦上桌了。丁丁一咬,覺得豬扒鬆脆無比,米飯是用珍珠米的,淋上適量的豬扒汁令飯生色不少,可惜一點是豬扒的炸粉稍多。

Finally, there is around $65 per person. Although it is very delicious and free coffee or tea, it is a little bit expensive for a lunch.

每人平均大約$65,午餐是奉送飲品的,雖然很美味且有飲料贈送,但以午餐來說還是有一點貴。

As expected, On ding ding and Mklababy met again. Today, they met in a different way, a chinese traditional way.

一如所料，安丁丁同Mklababy又見面喇！今日，佢地係用一個比較中國傳統嘅方式見面。

When they met, they smiled to each other and started to order food in Man Ga International which is a Chinese traditional snack food shop. There was much food looking great and special and all of them were famous indeed.   

當佢地一見面，佢地都含情脈脈咁對住大家甜笑，跟住佢地就開始去嗌野食喇！今次揀嘅食店係比較中國傳統風味嘅萬家燒餅皇，呢間食店好多傳統食物都係好受歡迎嫁！

“Roast Pork Puff Pastry ? or Tooth Brush Cakes ? Wu Dalang ? Oh…. Lady Cake ! Steamed Pork Patty  or Saute Fine Patty…. ..”Mklababy kept on reading the menu out to herself with wonder.

「食武大郎 ? 定係燒餅皇? 定係胡椒餅 ? 啊....有淑女餅 ! 仲有 牙擦酥 ... 燒餅王」Mklababy自言自語。

“Stop nagging…. You’re annoying !” On ding ding said.
「喂唔好再係度碎碎念喇...好煩呀!」安丁丁話。

“I am choosing the best food to enjoy! It’s none of your business !”Mklababy replied.

「我係度揀緊最正嘅野食呀，關你咩事！」Mklababy話。

Finally, Mklababy ordered ….  Wu Dalang　and  Pepper Bun.

最後，Mklababy叫左..... 武大郎同埋胡椒餅。

Wu Dalang was the chinese puff with a thick layer of pork inside. Mostly thought of it and described as “Chinese Hamburger”.

武大郎係中國版鬆餅，入面有一層好厚嘅豬肉！好多人都覺得武大郎係中國漢堡包。

The meat was juicy and soft which was having a little bit spicy but it was not unbearable to all people.

武大郎入面嘅豬肉好多汁同軟熟，有少少辣味但只係好輕微，相信全部人都承受到。

The whole Wu Dalang was about 6cm in diameters and 2cm thick. It could be imagined that the mouthfeel when biting on it ! The Wu Dalang was also warm in touch and it costed $15. Mklababy felt enjoyable because of the low price could buy much happiness.

成個武大郎嘅直徑大約係6cm咁大，2cm咁厚。大家都可以想像到一咬落去果種口感！武大郎亦都係好暖的，只係賣$15！Mklababy覺得好享受，因為咁平嘅價錢就可以享受到無盡快樂。

Besides the Wu Dalang, Mklababy also ordered the Pepper Bun. which tasted special with vegetable and peppered-pork filling.  It made for a cheap and filling snack for only $10. Mklababy felt spicy because of the black pepper and a little bit ginger inside. Frankly, Pepper Bun was also a thick bun with pork as it had a different mixture that was different to Wu Dalang.

除左武大郎，Mklababy亦都買左胡椒餅，味道好特別，有菜同用胡椒醃左嘅豬肉係入面，只係賣$10。Mklababy覺得黑胡椒同少少薑都好辣，總括而言，胡椒餅係一個好厚嘅包包，入面嘅材料都同武大郎唔同的。

As same as Wu Dalang, Pepper Bun was also warm in touch and a little bit smaller than Wu Dalang. Mklababy could not eat all because she was full after eating the Wu Dalang. She gave the remaining to On ding ding and they were going to enjoy the next food shop.

同武大郎一樣，胡椒餅都係好暖，佢就比武大郎細少少。Mklababy食唔晒，因為佢食完武大郎已經好飽！佢就將剩低嘅都俾埋安丁丁食，跟住佢地就開始去下一間食店喇！

「鈴鈴鈴鈴….」安丁丁既電話響起。

“Ling ling ling ling …” the cell phone of On Ding Ding rang.

:「喂~你搵邊個呀?」

 “Hello, who are you looking for? “ On asked.

:「係我呀!咁都唔認得我?!~」

 “This is me!! You can’t recognize me?” Mklababy asked madly.

:「唔係呀,我知你係Mklababy……你搵我咩事呀?」

“I know you are Mklababy… what happens?” On replied.

:「搵你緊係去食野啦! 唔通去談心咩?!」

“Of course I call you for eating together! Don’t  you think that I call you as I miss you?”  Mklababy shouted.

:「好啦!!你想食乜野呀?」

“Okay, what food do you want to eat?” On said.

:「我聽人講有一間食魚蛋好出名架! 叫旦…旦…」

  “I heard that there is a snack shop which is famous for fish balls! This called旦…旦  …”Mklababy hesitated a moment before replying.

:「我知道~係旺角街弼72號地舖架, 叫『旦王』呀!」

  “This is in 72 Bute Street, Mong Kok, which called旦王.”On said confidently.

:「咁你仲唔快點出尼!!」
“We go out now, QUICK!” she enthused.

其實安丁丁今日個肚唔舒服, 已經肚屙左幾次, 但係Mklababy一搵佢, 佢就一支箭咁跑出去。In fact, On got sick when he woke up. He already got diarrhea for few times. However, he became well when Mklababy called him.

時光飛逝……安丁丁已等左一個鐘。Time flies like an arrow, On had waited for almost 1 hour.

:「喂, 唔好意思呀, 等左好耐呀?」

“I am sorry, how long have u wait?”Mklababy exclaimed.

:「唔係呀, 我都岩岩先尼到~」“It’s fine, I just arrive here also…” On said.

:「我地快點買野食啦! 唔該 ! 一串魚蛋。」

“Let’s buy the food! Excuse me, I want a bunch of fish balls.” Mklababy said happily.

:「哇好正呀! $7蚊一串好抵食, d 魚蛋好彈牙, 又夠入味! 你做咩吾食呀?」

“Oh my god! The fish balls only costs $7, it’s very cheap! And the fish balls are bouncy and tasty! Why  you don’t buy it ?” Mklababy asked.

:「其實我今日……」

 “Actually …today… i…”On said hesitantly.

:「哦~~你今日一定無帶錢 ! 我請你食喇~ 旦王除左魚蛋, 重慶酸辣粉都好出名架~我請你食喇!! 唔該兩碗重慶酸辣粉, 一碗吾要芫茜。尼間鋪冇得坐架,係要攞去隔離食。」“I know! You must forget to bring money! It’s fine, I treat you to the foods! The famous food of 旦王 not only contains fish balls , but also have hot and sour sweet potato noodles! I want 2  bowls of sweet potato noodles, please~ one excludes coriander. Also, the shop doesn’t have the seats for customers; we need to go the neighbor area.” Mklababy spoke.

: 「碗酸辣粉好香啊~睇落有好多唔同既材料, 有花生,豬肉碎,芫茜, 榨菜,睇落好開胃呀!」“The hot and sour sweet potato noodles tastes delicious, it has many ingredients such as peanuts, minced pork, coriander, mustard tuber, which make the soup appetizing!    ” On observed.

:「有10幾種調味料架, 而且薯粉好爽口彈牙。」

“It has more than 10 flavorings in the soups; also, the sweet potato noodles are al dente!”Mklababy added.

酸辣粉既麻辣搞到安丁丁流眼淚。Meanwhile, On  Ding Ding has tears in his eyes because of the spicy ingredients.

: 「你做咩喊呀? 係咪重好驚USB呢? 其實...USB係我同父異母既大哥, 所以你吾洗驚, 我會保護你~」

“Why are you crying? Is that you still feel afraid of USB? Actually, USB is my  agnate  brother. So you don’t have to be scared, I will protect you!”Mklababy pledged.

聽完後有點驚訝:「原來係咁……你同USB多吾多聯繫架?」

On was shocked after hearing this message. He asked “Are you closed with USB?”

: 「吾好講佢啦, 聽講旦王既燒賣都好正, 不如買多串燒賣同魚蛋一齊食啦~」

“Don’t talk this kind of things! I know that the shumai of 旦王are also yummy. Let’s buy another one bunch of shumai and fish ball!” She expressed joyfully.

:「尼到提供埋沙嗲醬俾我地自由添加, 都幾好! 而且燒賣有好多魚肉,好彈牙!」

“The shop provides satay sauce for customers to add by themselves , it’s nice! Moreover, the shumai are full of fish meat which makes them tasted firm and bouncy!” On explained excitedly.

♡~共同體會過酸與辣之後, 安丁丁同Mklababy既關係又更進一步。今日無論係食物定相處,都令人回味~ ♡

♡After tasting the hot and sour flavours together, the relationship between On Ding Ding and Mklababy are becoming closer and closer. Whatever the food and the memory are also rewarding.♡
