SPD4459 Yau Tsim Mong Food and Beverage - Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐

After having a meal in Japanese restaurant, Ding Ding suggested having a meal in a Chinese restaurant. Din Tai Fung is famous among the world which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. This was also awarded Michelin 1-star in Hong Kong.

享用完日本料理店之後後，安丁丁建議去中式餐館食個飯。鼎泰豐係聞名世界既中式餐館，位於尖沙咀，同時鼎泰豐獲得米芝蓮一星級既評分。

After receiving a queue ticket from the receptionist, they had a stroll around the shopping mall for almost 30 minutes before they finally got a table. It was not even the peak dining period at six in the evening, but the crowd was already building up.

收到接待員既排隊票之後，佢地一行十幾人係商場周圍行，行左大約30分鐘後，佢地就收到點菜單同埋可以入去就坐。雖然只係夜晚六點，並唔係晚飯時段高峰期，但已經排滿左等候入座既人。

The first foodstuff was the Steamed Pork Dumpling (Xiao Long Bao). Juicy meat fills inside in a supposedly melt-in-your-mouth skin. The silky smooth dough was made in small batches to maintain freshness. Finally, the dumplings are steamed at the perfect temperature and served hot.

第一道小菜就係小籠包，豬肉既肉汁鎖住左係包入面，咬落去入口即溶既感覺。鼎泰豐既小籠包限量出售以確保品質新鮮。小籠包係完美溫度底下送到丁丁佢地面前。

Another foodstuff was the Noodle with minced pork in bean sauce. Despite being a simple dish, they enjoyed the handmade noodle which was cooked to al dente standard, giving it a pleasantly springy consistency texture. The minced pork in bean sauce was itself a very savory-inclined element to the dish.

另一款食品係炸醬面。即使係好簡單一道菜，佢地幾個都好鐘意有口感，有彈性既手打面。剁碎左既豬肉混合豆瓣醬，係一款非常可口既小菜。

Another dish was egg fried rice with fried pork chop. The fried pork chop was one of Din Tai Fung's signature dishes, with the thin slice of meat finely marinated with herbs. It tasted very tender and managed to retain the moisture much needed within the meat. The underlying taste was a very palatable savory one.

另一道菜係炸豬排蛋炒飯，炸豬排係鼎泰豐招牌菜之一，係特別香草下，炸豬排味道非常細嫩同埋鎖住左豬肉既水分，味道非常可口的。

On Din Ding got closer with Mklababy gradually after the day met at Cafe de Itamomo. Today, they have chose to visit Coffee Alley which located at TST. They have waited for around 45 minutes. She reflected that the queue is pretty long and they have waited about 30 minutes in the dinner period. "Don't worry, it's well worth the wait." On ding ding mildly said. They sat at the door, overall the ambiance was nice and relaxing. Hygiene was okay, staff are very helpful and friendly.

自從去完意樂之後,安丁丁同MKlababy既關係再進一步。今日下午,佢地揀左去尖沙咀既啡咖弄食下午茶,佢地等左大約45分鐘,但一切要等既野都係值得! 佢地坐左係門口坐,整體氣氛非常好同好放鬆,衛生狀況十分好,職員親切友善,好願意幫助客人。

Mklababy already knew what she wanted this time, which was the Club Sandwich!  The chicken stood out to them as it was marinated and cooked the Taiwanese way. She appreciated this taiwanese touch to the sandwich. Overall, the sandwich tasted pretty good, but it was a little dry since they skimped on the fillings inside. The salad on the side was quite good too; creamy and tasty. People say good things about the Matcha latte, so she went for that. It is considerate to serve the drink with a cute little whisk since the matcha always sinks to the bottom. The drink was good and strong, but too sweet. 

Mklababy知道佢今次黎到要食咖啡弄既公司三文治! 入面雞肉非常出色因為用左台式方法烹調。Mklababy好喜歡依種烹調方法,沙拉醬質感幼滑好味,但認為雞肉有點兒乾身。聽到隔離既人講綠茶拿鐵唔錯,Mklababy都點左一杯,飲到最後比較濃烈,但略為有點甜。

Now, to what On ding ding got which was the Beef sandwich. This sandwich also came with a salad. On ding ding would have preferred a thinner slice of beef over its thickly cut beef.  On ding ding got the fruit tea. The drink was very fruity and not overly sweet. Since it is so refreshing to have, it makes a perfect drink for summer.

現在,到安丁丁點既食物,就係牛肉三文治,三文治同樣附上沙拉醬,味道唔錯但覺得牛肉略為厚身,佢亦都點左一杯水果茶。依杯水果茶簡直係夏日首選,水果味濃但唔會太甜,口感新鮮。

Overall experience is pretty good. And they felt sweetly to have a good afternoon tea in Coffee Alley.

整體氣氛唔錯,佢地兩個係咖啡弄享受左一個好甜蜜蜜既下午。

Dr Panini & USB - SPD4459 Yau Tsim Mong District Food & Beverage - USB唔係淨係識食粗野!

Today, USB don't go to yum cha but go to have some western foods. Dr Panini was a small restaurant before, but now it grown up and move to a bigger shop.
今日USB唔係食大茶飯,而係食高級野 - 西餐。事關USB原來係住大角咀嘅,Dr Panini 開左唔算好耐,不過之前係大角咀度做街邊小生意,做起左就搬左過黎博文街啦。

Cheese fondue is very famous in this restaurant, USB must not miss it.
呢間野芝士火鍋最出名,USB當然唔會唔叫佢啦。不過選擇頗多,佢就求其叫左個雜錦芝士火鍋。

This is a assorted cheese fondue. It includes potato,sausages, pineapples, and so on...
配料好多!USB心諗果然冇叫錯,有薯仔﹑腸仔﹑菠蘿﹑西蘭花﹑煙鴨胸﹑蘋果等等......

USB is too anxiety to put a lot of things into the pot. It will very easy to get charred if you don't always stir the cheese. Also, the cheese seems not enough.
USB非常心急咁一下就放左勁多配料落去芝士度。芝士要不時攪拌,如果唔係就會燶,千祈唔好學USB咁心急呀,要慢慢黎對手先會冇咁忙。芝士味非常濃郁,美中不足係好快會點哂。

USB is very hungry, he ordered a Bolognese Lasagna when he finished the hot pot.
USB睇黎非常大食,食完一個芝士火鍋都唔夠,仲要叫多個焗肉醬士層麵。

There is a lot of cheese on the lasagna,and mashed potato next to it. But the bolognese is too little that lead to greasy.

 麵上舖滿芝士,旁邊有薯蓉襯托,但肉醬略嫌少左D,令到個麵因為薯蓉而太膩同太滯,不過USB咁大食,以上都唔算係太大問題!

Today, Sir Wong and On ding ding promise to meet at Kam Wah Cafe for exchanging more information about illegal commerce. To hidden Ding ding identity, they have chose different seat.

今日，黃蛇同安丁丁相約左喺金華餐廳交流USB非法交易既情報。為左掩飾丁丁卧底身份，佢地揀左唔同既座位去坐。

Ding ding has ordered a pineapple bun with thick slice of butter. Pineapple bun with a thick slice of butter are must-have of Kam Wah. The crust was really sweet and crispy on the outside and pretty soft on the inside. Staff were generous enough to put a thick slice of butter in the middle of the bun. However, a better texture if you can take it without melting of the butter.

坐低之後，安丁丁點左金華必食既波羅包，金華既波羅包表皮脆而香甜，內裹軟熟，上面鋪左一片牛油，而且金華既員工好慷慨咁，每個波羅包放一大片牛油，如果想好食一點，就如喺牛油未溶曬前放入口，會有更好既口感。

Apart from ordering pineapple bun, Ding also ordered a glass of coconut milk with red beans. Coconut milk with red beans – The coconut was quite rich, didn’t really use a lot of water to mix it unlike some other restaurants. The red beans were really soft, but not mushy. Good taste!

除左點左波羅包，丁丁仲點左椰汁紅豆冰。金華紅豆冰椰汁味濃，唔似其他餐廳一樣開好多水，紅豆質感軟，唔會因為浸得耐而變糊狀。正！

Sir Wong has ordered hotdog. Hotdog in Kam Wah are made of bread with sausage, sliced tomato, lettuce and relish. However, uncommonly, they didn’t seem to put any mayonnaise in it. The hotdog bun was warm and toasty. All the ingredients they used to make hotdog were well complementing the warm and tasty bun. Sir Wong think this was pretty delicious. However, he think the hotdog is better if sausage was bigger.

黃蛇點左一份熱狗，金華熱殺入面有香腸，生菜，切片蕃茄，蕃茄汁。然而，同出面餐廳唔同既係，金華唔會用蛋黃醬去做熱狗。新鮮出爐既熱狗暖烘烘，所有既材料都十分配合同有口感，黃蛇覺得非常好味，但覺得香腸唔夠大。

During enjoying their meal in Kam Wah, Ding ding has prepared some initial information of illegal commerce and went to send it to Sir Wong.  Interestingly, Ding ding has sent the intimate photos of him and Mklababy toward Sir Wong. Sir Wong felt angry. “Please understand your identity and responsibility.” Sir Wong said severely.

喺佢地用緊佢地美食既同時，丁丁準備左非法交易既資料SEND比黃蛇。但丁丁好唔小心SEND左佢同Mklababy既親密照比黃蛇，黃蛇見到嚇左一驚，然後好嚴厲咁話左丁丁要注意自己既身份。

Overall, they think the food was pretty good. However, it was really crowded. So, be prepared if you don’t like highly crowded restaurants.

總括而言，佢地覺得金華食物唔錯，但地方略為擠迫。
