今日Angelababy話約Friend去睇戲,安丁丁夜晚果餐唯有食自己。今晚佢黎到呢間位於佐敦廟街嘅品尚橫濱拉麵。

The design of shop is Japanese style. On Ding Ding likes Japanese Cartoon very much, meanwhile, he saw Yileraman on the menu which is cartoon character Naruto's favorite. Finally, he ordered a sour taste pork ribs and Yileraman.
一入到去,店舖裝潢相當具日式風格。安丁丁身為一個宅男,自然對日本文化有相當濃厚嘅興趣。呢個時候,竟然比佢見到餐牌上面有日本動畫火影忍者入面主角最中意嘅拉麵 - 一樂拉麵!
最後佢點左個黒酢排條加個一樂拉麵。

Ding Ding can see the show of fried pork that is very attractive.
係等嘅時間,老闆係客人面前即席表演燒叉燒,燒好嘅叉燒相當之吸引。

Sour taste pork ribs, crisp and delicious, which has sour taste eliminating the greasy.
黒酢排條, 非常香脆可口,酸味令油膩感全消。

Yileraman, seems the same as cartoon,fried pork and Soft-boiled eggs are very juicy.

一樂拉麵,非常忠於原著,叉燒肉感十足,溏心蛋半生熟非常juicy。

On ding ding was sad and he lost his way ....
安丁丁好心碎，佢完全冇晒方向...

He walked and walked and stopped til he came to The Temple Street in Jordan.
佢行呀行....行呀行....佢停左係廟街度.....

He stopped in front of "Temple Street Siu Sik", it smelt so good!  The food inside seemed delicious!
眼前既呢間"廟街小食"，由鋪頭傳出黎既香氣，深深咁吸引住安丁丁,佢心諗d野食好似好好食咁喎!

He was sad and tired, so he looked at the menu.....
既然咁傷心,又有d攰,一於化悲憤為食量

He decided to let himself be mad of those food and forgot Mklababy for awhile.
美食當前，佢決定令自己沉醉於美食之中，暫時忘記Mklababy...

Wow! Some many types of barbecued meat! chicken, pork, sausages........
嘩! 好多款串燒揀喎,又雞又豬,食邊款好呢.......
All were both famous in The Temple Street...
全部食物都係廟街好出名嘅！
There was a queue outside the shop which could prove that the Temple Street Siu Sik was very famous ...
舖頭出面有條長龍，可以證明呢間廟街小食真係好出名呀！

On ding ding decided to order all of the barbecued meat....
二話不說,安丁丁決定要哂咁多款串燒........

On ding ding ordered too many barbecued meat, it took times to barbecue, he was bored so he started to take some photos
一次過要咁多串燒,令到老闆都忙起上來,安丁丁等到悶悶地,就拎左部電話出黎影下d食物

Mmmm.... the barbecued chicken seemed delicious that the cooking time was perfectly handled and there was no any over cooking.
你睇d雞串幾好味! 燒既時間調較得非常好,一d燒燶都無

Barbecued chicken with pepper sauce was not as spicy as people could not be accepted. It could be sure that all people might order twice after tasting it !
再加上老闆秘製既黑椒醬汁,不太辣,但係非常之有黑椒味，但係果種黑椒味係人人都接受到嘅！相信個個都會食過番尋味叫第２串呀！

Let's try the barbecued squid..........
試下魷魚串燒先..........

Although it was barbecued by high fire,  the barbecued squid still had seafood taste, wonderful!!!
It would not be so tough that people could not bit it easily.... The surface was full of salty taste which was unforgettable !
好有鮮味呀!!! 老闆既功力非常高,雖然串燒係用猛火燒,但係仍然保留到海鮮既鮮味,無得彈!!
魷魚完全唔會太硬咬唔開，外皮好有椒鹽香味，咸得黎好令忘懷呀！



Finally, sweet barbecued corn was very important!!!
最後點少得燒粟米,燒粟米最緊要係咩,就係要鮮甜,粟米唔甜真係不如唔好食!!!

Finally... Boss didnot make him disappointed and corn were fresh ...
但係老闆真係無令佢失望, 真係好甜, 好似岩岩摘落黎!!!

Food was finally be finished. On ding ding was backing home with a lonely and sad heart ............
食物終於都食完了.....安丁丁帶住又寂寞又傷心嘅心回家.....................

SPD4459 Yau Tsim Mong District Food & Beverage - 「東京站 章魚小丸子」之心碎的安丁丁

There were few days that On Ding Ding did’t meet MKlababy, which made he felt upset.

安丁丁都有幾日冇見MKlababy ,  攪到個人冇哂MOOD。

He aimlessly walked for a while, suddenly there was a scent passed to his nose.   Following the scent, he arrived in東京站 章魚小丸子which located in G/F, 33 Soy Street, Mong Kok.

 佢漫無目的地行左一陣 , 突然有陣香味傳入安丁丁晚既 , 跟全D香味搵就去左位於旺角豉油街33號地下既「東京站 章魚小丸子」。

On saw that jingle cake was bought by many people, though he was not in the mood, eating was necessary. Therefore, he wanted to turn grief into appetite and ate all the delicious food.

 安丁丁見到最多人買既係叮噹餅 , 雖然冇心情 , 但點都要食野架嘛 , 佢就諗住化悲憤為食量 , 食哂D好味既野食。

Jingle cake had 3 different flavors, which included custard flavor, red bean flavor

and coconut flavor.
叮噹餅有3種味道 , 分別係奶黃味 , 紅豆味 , 同椰絲味 。

The filling of custard flavor tasted good and the texture was smooth, and the sweetness was sweet but not greasy.
奶黃味既餡餡料好滑溜,  而且甜而不膩。

There were many fillings in the Jingle cake of red bean flavor, the filling melted in the mouth and the taste was also sweet but not greasy. The taste of red bean was excellent, which was most suitable for fans of red bean.
紅豆味既叮噹餅有非常多的紅豆餡 ， 入口即化，味道都係甜而不膩，水準出色，最適合紅豆迷。

The sweetness of coconut flavor was suitable, the coconut can be ate in the filling with fragrant creamy; however, the flavor of coconut was not outstanding.

椰絲味既甜度岩岩好，配合香濃既奶味，反而椰絲味道吾突出，但係餡感嫩滑，可以食到椰絲。

In addition, the outer layer was filled with egg aroma, every biting is soft cooked.

另外，餅皮外層包住蛋漿 , 充滿蛋香 ,  咬落每一口都好軟熟。

After On eating all jingle cakes, he still felt hungry, so he bought a box of Takoyaki.

安丁丁食完叮噹餅後都重覺得肚餓 , 所以再買一盒章魚小丸子。

The temperature inside in Takoyaki was warm. There was some octopus mixed with broccoli which made the taste very good. Its excellent side also was that it had large number of seaweed with BBQ sauce which made the taste and flavor in addition level.

章魚小丸子既餡料係微溫的，有整粒既章魚 ,夾雜住椰菜一齊食 , 口感十分好。其出色之處係加上大量既海苔絲同BBQ醬，令口感同味道又多層次。

While On was enjoying the food joyfully, there was suddenly a familiar figure near him. This is Mklababy, however, she was with a man who looked like the youtuber named Curry. They walked together with happiness.

當安丁丁食得津津有味既時候 , 突然有一個熟悉既身影係旁邊閃過 , 原來係Mklababy , 但係佢身邊有位好面善既男人 , 好似係youtuber 咖哩 , 佢兩個有講有笑咁行街 。

In that moment, On didn’t know what was the feeling inside, he had many feelings! The main feeling was sad…
果一刻 , 安丁丁個心有種講吾出既感覺 , 成個人都空白左 , 萬般滋味在心頭……

Dr Panini & USB - SPD4459 Yau Tsim Mong District Food & Beverage - USB唔係淨係識食粗野!

Today, USB don't go to yum cha but go to have some western foods. Dr Panini was a small restaurant before, but now it grown up and move to a bigger shop.
今日USB唔係食大茶飯,而係食高級野 - 西餐。事關USB原來係住大角咀嘅,Dr Panini 開左唔算好耐,不過之前係大角咀度做街邊小生意,做起左就搬左過黎博文街啦。

Cheese fondue is very famous in this restaurant, USB must not miss it.
呢間野芝士火鍋最出名,USB當然唔會唔叫佢啦。不過選擇頗多,佢就求其叫左個雜錦芝士火鍋。

This is a assorted cheese fondue. It includes potato,sausages, pineapples, and so on...
配料好多!USB心諗果然冇叫錯,有薯仔﹑腸仔﹑菠蘿﹑西蘭花﹑煙鴨胸﹑蘋果等等......

USB is too anxiety to put a lot of things into the pot. It will very easy to get charred if you don't always stir the cheese. Also, the cheese seems not enough.
USB非常心急咁一下就放左勁多配料落去芝士度。芝士要不時攪拌,如果唔係就會燶,千祈唔好學USB咁心急呀,要慢慢黎對手先會冇咁忙。芝士味非常濃郁,美中不足係好快會點哂。

USB is very hungry, he ordered a Bolognese Lasagna when he finished the hot pot.
USB睇黎非常大食,食完一個芝士火鍋都唔夠,仲要叫多個焗肉醬士層麵。

There is a lot of cheese on the lasagna,and mashed potato next to it. But the bolognese is too little that lead to greasy.

 麵上舖滿芝士,旁邊有薯蓉襯托,但肉醬略嫌少左D,令到個麵因為薯蓉而太膩同太滯,不過USB咁大食,以上都唔算係太大問題!
