Today, Sir Wong and On ding ding promise to meet at Kam Wah Cafe for exchanging more information about illegal commerce. To hidden Ding ding identity, they have chose different seat.

今日，黃蛇同安丁丁相約左喺金華餐廳交流USB非法交易既情報。為左掩飾丁丁卧底身份，佢地揀左唔同既座位去坐。

Ding ding has ordered a pineapple bun with thick slice of butter. Pineapple bun with a thick slice of butter are must-have of Kam Wah. The crust was really sweet and crispy on the outside and pretty soft on the inside. Staff were generous enough to put a thick slice of butter in the middle of the bun. However, a better texture if you can take it without melting of the butter.

坐低之後，安丁丁點左金華必食既波羅包，金華既波羅包表皮脆而香甜，內裹軟熟，上面鋪左一片牛油，而且金華既員工好慷慨咁，每個波羅包放一大片牛油，如果想好食一點，就如喺牛油未溶曬前放入口，會有更好既口感。

Apart from ordering pineapple bun, Ding also ordered a glass of coconut milk with red beans. Coconut milk with red beans – The coconut was quite rich, didn’t really use a lot of water to mix it unlike some other restaurants. The red beans were really soft, but not mushy. Good taste!

除左點左波羅包，丁丁仲點左椰汁紅豆冰。金華紅豆冰椰汁味濃，唔似其他餐廳一樣開好多水，紅豆質感軟，唔會因為浸得耐而變糊狀。正！

Sir Wong has ordered hotdog. Hotdog in Kam Wah are made of bread with sausage, sliced tomato, lettuce and relish. However, uncommonly, they didn’t seem to put any mayonnaise in it. The hotdog bun was warm and toasty. All the ingredients they used to make hotdog were well complementing the warm and tasty bun. Sir Wong think this was pretty delicious. However, he think the hotdog is better if sausage was bigger.

黃蛇點左一份熱狗，金華熱殺入面有香腸，生菜，切片蕃茄，蕃茄汁。然而，同出面餐廳唔同既係，金華唔會用蛋黃醬去做熱狗。新鮮出爐既熱狗暖烘烘，所有既材料都十分配合同有口感，黃蛇覺得非常好味，但覺得香腸唔夠大。

During enjoying their meal in Kam Wah, Ding ding has prepared some initial information of illegal commerce and went to send it to Sir Wong.  Interestingly, Ding ding has sent the intimate photos of him and Mklababy toward Sir Wong. Sir Wong felt angry. “Please understand your identity and responsibility.” Sir Wong said severely.

喺佢地用緊佢地美食既同時，丁丁準備左非法交易既資料SEND比黃蛇。但丁丁好唔小心SEND左佢同Mklababy既親密照比黃蛇，黃蛇見到嚇左一驚，然後好嚴厲咁話左丁丁要注意自己既身份。

Overall, they think the food was pretty good. However, it was really crowded. So, be prepared if you don’t like highly crowded restaurants.

總括而言，佢地覺得金華食物唔錯，但地方略為擠迫。

Caribbean Café Gathering - SPD4459 Yau Tsim Mong District Food & Beverage

Unconsciously, On ding ding and Mklababy meet every day, but today they dated Winnie and Rose for gathering. Therefore, they choose to go to Caribbean Café for dinner which in 11/F, Dundas Square, 43H Dundas Street, Mongkok.

不經不覺，安丁丁同Mklababy天天都見面，不過今日兩個約Winnie同Rose聚會，所以揀旺角登打士街登打士廣場11樓加勒比海咖啡食晚飯。

Everyone knows that Caribbean Café is a nice place for gathering in Yau Tsim Mong. On ding ding and Mklababy think that the environment, location of Caribbean is convenient, also the price of dinner is cheap.

好多人都知加勒比海咖啡係油尖旺聚會既其中一個好地方。安丁丁同Mklababy都覺得環境唔錯地點又好方便， 價錢又便宜。

Mklababy had not sit down yet; the odour came to her nose. “ Waiter, waiter, what is this strong smell? Is it herb and cheese?” Mklababy said.

還未坐下，Mklababy就覺得有香味傳來… 「服務員服務員，這種香濃味道是什麼來的？是香草和芝士味嗎？」Mklababy 說。

As Mklababy expected, the strong smell is blue cheese and cream.
果然不出Mklababy所料，這一種味是藍芝士和香草忌廉味。

The strong smell of blue cheese beef grain angel hair pasta and cream cutlet catfish spaghetti attracted Mklababy,
Also, Mklababy not saying anything further. She ordered blue cheese beef grain angel hair pasta for On ding ding and cream cutlet catfish spaghetti for herself.

On ding ding not really want to order spaghetti, but he can’t disobey what Mklababy ordered. Finally, On ding ding ordered his favorite drink – Hazelnut chocolate.

藍芝士牛柳粒天使面及香草吉列龍脷柳意粉濃郁的香草和芝士味吸引著Mklababy，二話不說她幫安丁丁叫了藍芝士牛柳粒天使面，而自己叫了香草吉列龍脷柳意粉。安丁丁一面無奈，不過Mklababy叫到，不得不吃…
安丁丁最後叫了一杯飲品，榛子朱古力。

Blue cheese beef grain angel hair pasta – Blue cheese sauce mix with succulent beef grain, Mklababy thought this dish is very very delicious.

藍芝士牛柳粒天使面－香濃藍芝士汁配上充滿豐富肉汁的牛柳粒，除了好吃之外，Mklababy就只有覺得好好吃。

Cream cutlet catfish spaghetti – Cutlet catfish present golden color, also match with cream sauce, which made the catfish taste awesome.

香草吉列龍脷柳意粉－ 吉列龍脷柳呈現金黃色，加上配搭起香草汁令龍脷柳的魚味更突出而且一點腥味也沒有。

Hazelnut chocolate – On ding ding doesn't like too sweet drink. Mklababay stole his drink and drink it without changing the drinking straw.

榛子朱古力－味道偏甜，安丁丁不太喜歡太甜。Mklababy看到就一手搶走安丁丁那杯飲料，飲管也不換就飲。
  

Winnie and Rose ordered baked coconut chicken rice and risotto with cheese smoked duck breast.

Winnie 與 Rose 各自叫了葡國雞飯和芝士煙鴨胸意大利飯。

Baked coconut chicken rice – Very rich coconut flavor and chicken is very tender.

葡國雞飯－椰汁味很香很濃郁，雞肉也很嫩滑。

Risotto with cheese smoked duck breast – Cheese flavor is too strong, smoker duck breast and cheese flavor is not really match.

芝士煙鴨胸意大利飯－芝士味偏重，煙鴨胸與芝士味不太夾。

After their dinner, they felt very full and played some card games and broad games such as monopoly.

他們四個吃完這一餐後，很滿足之後在加勒比海咖啡玩了一會大富翁及不同卡牌遊戲。

Before they go home, “See you tomorrow.” Mklababy said to On ding ding.

今集我地帶大家去左另一間地道街頭小食店 — 佳記小食，等左咁耐，油尖旺USB終於出現，今次睇下安丁丁又有D咩經歷，去片！

Gluttonous On ding ding falls in love with Mong Kwok snack. So, today, he decided to buy snack again in the Sai Yeung Choi Street. Recalling the scene of jumping line in Fei Jie few days ago, he decided to patronize another snack shop called Kai Kei Snack.

一向為食既安丁丁好鐘意旺角街頭小食，今日佢又決定去西洋菜街掃小食！

雖然上次既肥姐小食一試難忘...但係比人打尖既經歷真係嚇怕丁丁，佢心大心細，都係決定試新野 — 佳記小食。

Exciting On ding ding ran toward Kai Kei Snack rapidly. There’s disgusting odor filled the street and he easily recognize the smell should be came from Kai Kei Snack. Yes! This is the smell of stinky tofu, the most famous roadside snack in Hong Kong. Staff in Kai Kei fried to order to ensure the stinky tofu fresh. Aroma of tofu fills the cavity of your mouth that makes On ding ding falls in love with it.

安丁丁好興奮咁走去佳記小食，成條街都有浸臭味，而丁丁好快認出依種味係來自佳記。無錯！就係香港馳名小食 — 臭豆腐既味道。佳記既臭豆腐係即叫即做，確保新鮮，咬落去，臭豆腐既味道滲透口腔每一個角落，令丁丁一試愛上！

Stinky tofu makes one crave for more. On ding ding decide to try another snack in Kai Kei.  The deep-fried large intestine is the most fantastic food and this is fried to order similarly. The aroma of the deep-fried large intestine is also attractive. However, this was overcooked and On ding ding felt it was too tough to chew.

臭豆腐令丁丁一試難忘，佢決定再係佳記買其他小食。炸大腸亦都係佳記最具人氣既小食！同樣，為左確保新鮮，炸大腸都係即叫即炸。佳記炸大腸既味道相當濃郁！唯一美中不足既係炸既時間耐左些少，因為咁，炸大腸比較難咬開。

Another fantastic food is the Kai Kei fish ball. Customer can choose either original taste or spicy taste as desire. Texture of fish ball is elastic and filled with the smell of fish. After trying three types of snacks, On ding ding love the Kai Kei fish ball and stinky tofu the most.

另一款佳記最出名既小食就係魚蛋。「有辣有唔辣，任君選擇」佳記既魚蛋非常彈牙而且好有魚味！試完三款小食之後，丁丁就話魚蛋同臭豆腐係最好味！

On ding ding felt delighted of having such amazing snacks. He continued to enjoy his fish ball and bit the fish ball away from the stick. Unexpectedly, the sauce just splashed on the face of a guy. A nightmare was going to be happened…

丁丁好享受當前既美食，佢好興奮咁望住粒魚蛋，然後好大力咁咬出黎，魚蛋上面既汁就好似世界球咁直飛網頂...唔係...係飛左去人地塊面度先岩！依個時候，正正係丁丁惡夢既開始...

不幸被魚蛋汁濺中既人叫USB，依個人係聞名油尖旺區既黑社會大佬。可憐既丁丁仲未知道自己命運將會受到考驗，USB開始大罵丁丁，並且好粗暴咁將丁丁拉入後巷...

“Do you know who am I?” USB shout at On ding ding. “Are you a famous artist?” Ignorant ding ding answered. USB was angry with the creek and seized On ding ding again. At this moment, USB clenched his fist and went to punch at On ding ding face… to be continued

「你知唔知我係邊個啊?」USB大罵，「沈震軒」無知既丁丁答道，USB心諗一句，「依條友仔連我都敢玩」，於是USB就捉緊拳頭，準備朝住丁丁，一拳打過去…
