When On Ding Ding and Mklababy in a
relationship, they have dating more frequently. Today, they want to find some
restaurants out of Mong Kok. Ding and Mklababy date at Exit A of Mong Kok MTR
station. They find Tai Kok Tsui finally when they walk through the whole Mong
Kok Road. However, they have heard someone said USB is living in Tai Kok Tsui,
so they feel a little bit scared.
自從安丁丁與Mklababy關係更進一步,他們便常常四出「獵食」。不過,常常在旺角吃飯的他們,今天想轉換一下口味。他們先是約在旺角港鐵站A出口等,走著走著都沒有心水的餐廳,直至走畢整條旺角道,他們才發現已經踏進大角咀的範圍,據說那個USB住在這附近,安丁丁想到這點有點害怕。
In order to find a good restaurant, Mklababy will go anywhere at all costs. So, Ding Ding is forced to accompany with her. At this moment, they saw a restaurant with a light brown wall, called Yuet Wang.
但Mklababy說為了「獵食」會不惜不切,既然如此丁丁也只好奉陪到底。他們沿著晏架街球場一直走過消防局便看到了一間淺啡色外牆的食店,名叫「越旺美食」。
It is very bright inside the restaurant. Also, there are many pictures of foods around the customers. You will feel algetic when you’re very hungry.
進內一看,發現裝潢相當平民化,燈光明亮且四周有不同的菜色圖片,若肚子很餓看到的話會很痛苦的。
“I must choose the delicious foods for you!” Mklababy ignored Ding Ding’s choice.
甫坐下,Mklababy極速看了餐牌一遍,便決定要點什麼食物,完全無視丁丁的意願。「放心喎,我咁識食你一定會話好食!」Mklababy說道。
The foods were served very fast. The first
one is chicken feet with sour and spicy sauce. Mklababy thought the spicy sauce
was not enough because she loves spicy. Both their comments are very dente and
juicy!
很快,菜便上桌了。第一道是越式酸辣鳳爪,份量不算太多,是一道開胃小菜。至於辣度,喜歡吃辣的Baby略嫌不足;而不太好辣的丁丁卻覺得剛好。但他們的共同評價是,肉質非常Juicy而且彈牙!
The second one is Stir-fried Minced Pork Wrapped in Lettuce. Pork’s fat is moderate, it added some onion to make it fresh and little bit spicy. Also, the lettuce can eliminate the greasy.
第二道是越式生菜包,肥瘦豬肉均勻,且加入了適量生洋蔥作調味,在滿口都是肉的同時帶來了一些清新和微辣的口感!包著生菜的同時沾上一些甜甜酸酸的魚露,更添滋味;生菜也可消除肉的油膩感。不愛生菜的也可將肉碎拌飯一起吃,別有一番風味。別小看這碗肉的份量,兩個人要吃光得花一番工夫。
The third one is fried vegetables with belacon. It includes tomato, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, mushroom, onion and green pepper.
第三道是馬拉盞炒雜菜,雖是蔬菜類卻是這餐的主菜!這道菜包括了蕃茄﹑生菜﹑菜心﹑西蘭花﹑草菇﹑洋蔥和青椒,非常豐富。師傅功架十足,鑊氣充足,未品嚐先感受到其香氣,馬拉盞的味道亦十分濃郁。
