So, MKlababy addressed to have Shabu-Shabu tonight. They have decided to have dinner in Nabe One which located in Tsim Sha Tsui.

就好似愛情電影入面既情節咁，MKababy同安丁丁既關係又再進一步。今日天氣轉冷啦，MKlababy提議去打邊爐，佢地決定左去尖沙咀既牛一打邊爐。

Nabe One is just located beside I-square shoppiung mall. It is convenient for those who have meal after shopping. MKlababy was contented with the environment of Nabe One. However, she reflected that the queue is pretty long and they have waited about 30 minutes in the dinner period. "Don't worry, it's well worth the wait." On ding ding mildly said

牛一位處於尖沙咀國際廣場附近，好方便一眾去完購物既人過黎食野。MKlababy好滿意牛一既格局環境，但對於佢地等左30分鐘先入到去就有小小不滿，安丁丁就好溫柔咁講"唔使愁，一切都係值得既"

Before entering into the restaurant, they can choose the grade of meat and then the soup base. The price range for dinner period is ranged from $138 to $388 while the lunch set cost $68. The most popular soup base include tomato, pork bone, salmon and milk broth. These bases are very light, subtle and mild so don't expect big flavours!

喺入去就座之前，佢地需要揀左肉類既級數同湯底。晚市價錢介乎於$138至$388而午市只需$88。牛一最受歡迎既湯底包括蕃茄湯，豬骨湯，三文魚湯同埋豆乳湯。依幾款湯底都比較清淡，鍾意濃味既食家未必會鍾意。

All foods inside Nabe One are all self serve which include the veggies, bean curd, fish balls, noodles, mushrooms and so on. The meat is also unlimited but you need to order it from the staff. The meat is thinly sliced and not too fatty; the quality is well above average. The most suprising thing is that there are at least 5-6 types of noddle avaialable, including Soba, Ramen, Udon The sauce provided are also good, including soy sauce, vinegar, spicy soy sauce etc.

所有牛一既食物都係自助提取，牛一既食物包括蔬菜，豆乳製品，魚蛋，麵，蘑菇等等。需要補充肉類既話可以向職員點而且無限量供應，牛一既肉唔會有太多肥肉，每塊都切得好薄，口感有一定水準，最令人意外，牛一既麵類有5至6款提供，當中包括蕎麥麵，拉麵，以及烏龍麵，提供既醬汁包括豉油，醋，辣豉油等等。

Other than food provided, soft drinks, beer and ice cream are also unlimited flow. Nabe One also provides Hokkaido milk ice cream here! MKlababy said she want to have a light and fruity icecream. On ding ding has taken the lychee one for MKlababy which make her felt careful.

After having the meal in Nabe One, MKlababy love the service here as the staff are always friendly and helpful. Tonight, they have an enjoyable dinner and the relation became further closer.
